What can I expect from the event?
You can expect a fully immersive journey into the world of dinosaurs, combining state-of-the-art VR technology with a themed exhibition. Guests will walk among life-sized prehistoric creatures, explore interactive displays, and enjoy an educational yet thrilling experience for all ages.
Where is the experience located?
The experience takes place at Festival City Shopping Mall, Level 2, North Entrance (near Marks and Spencer).
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The experience takes place in an indoor venue with air conditioning.
How long does the experience last?
For you to have an estimate, people usually spend 1 h at this experience.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Snacks and drinks will be available.
Is there parking available?
There will be free parking available. Guests can take advantage of the mall's spacious, complimentary parking facilities, with direct access to the venue area.
Is there Virtual Reality?
This experience includes a virtual reality walking arena for guests over 6 years old.
Is there a dress code?
We recommend casual clothing.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes, games, toys, books and many more are available in our shop.
About tickets
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App ( available on Google Play and the Apple App Store) or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the "Tickets" section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your event. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.

About access to the event
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Please arrive at the time stated on your ticket; late entry is not permitted.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no animals are allowed in this event's location—not even service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.
Do you offer carer tickets?
Unfortunately, the event does not offer carer tickets.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
The hearing impaired will be able to enjoy this experience as it is mostly visual; however, we do not recommend this event for visually impaired people.
Will there be strobe lights?
This event won't include strobe lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a walkthrough experience, but if you need a little rest, you will be able to find some seats for you to have a break.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Several Picture/video points are available for you to take pictures and videos.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please reach out at info-dfc@escapegameover.ae.
Is there an age requirement?
This experience only allows guests above 6 years old.
Will there be an audio guide?
The VR experience has an audio guide, not the rest of the exhibition.
